We hire the best talent in supply chain technology and deliver differentiated capabilities that create measurable value for our business partners.If you thrive on solving tough problems and want to make a meaningful impact on supply chain excellence, this is your opportunity.What You Can ExpectArchitect and design AI-driven, end-to-end supply chain transformations, providing strategic guidance on system and data architecture.Act as the primary point of contact for all Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) authorship, configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance improvementsPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose long-term, scalable solutions.Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes across the organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.Develop, enhance, and maintain RapidResponse resources, ensuring seamless integration into the existing supply chain planning ecosystem.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field and 10-15 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience.5+ years of functional experience in business analysis, system integration, and solution delivery.5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro)Strong background in Supply Chain PlanningWorking knowledge of SQL for querying databases.Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & Agile practices.Proven experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions.Prior semiconductor experience is a plusExpected Base Pay Range (USD)138,840 - 208,000, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
