The General Manager will provide strategic leadership as well as drive operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction while ensuring consistency and scalability. Acting as a mentor and leader, the role will support their teams, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.The General Manager role will work from our Philadelphia office at 8421 Hegerman St, Philadelphia, PA 19136. The position offers a base salary between $130,000 and $175,000 with a 50% on target bonus and full benefits.Key Responsibilities of the General ManagerLead day-to-day operations of your branch across mitigation, reconstruction, packout and customer serviceDrive revenue and profitability across residential restoration servicesHire, train, and mentor a team of technicians, estimators, and sales repsPartner with regional and corporate leadership to set strategy and implement best-in-class systemsChampion our safety culture, quality standards, and customer-first valuesQualifications of the General Manager5+ years in restoration, construction, field services, or related industriesProven P&L leadership or entrepreneurial experience preferredStrong knowledge of Xactimate, mitigation, and/or reconstruction project workflowsLeadership that inspires trust, builds loyalty, and drives performanceA passion for people, growth, and operational excellence
