Title: Senior/Regional Property Manager - Commercial Real EstateLocation: Aventura, FL (4x per week in office)About the RoleWe are representing a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio of industrial assets seeking a hands-on Senior Property Managerto lead regional operations and manage performance across multiple properties and teams. You'll work directly with internal leadership, tenants, vendors, brokers, and construction teams to ensure assets are operating at peak performance.What You'll DoOversee a portfolio of industrial properties and the local property managers who run themDrive financial performance through budgeting, CAM reconciliations, rent collection, and NOI trackingLead capital improvement and tenant build-out projects from budgeting to completionCollaborate with leasing, legal, and construction teams to execute business plansTravel to portfolio assets on an (approximately) quarterly basisWhat You'll Need5-10 years of experience in commercial property management (industrial, retail, or office)Strong understanding of NNN leases, operating expenses, and property financialsExperience with construction projects, capex budgeting, and value-add initiativesAbility to lead teams and manage external partners with a hands-on approachCompensation: $120K-$150K base + bonus/benefits (based on experience)
