This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll combine your design skills with customer service, becoming the first point of contact for our clients. Every day, you'll make a difference by ensuring each family receives meaningful, high-quality memorial pieces.Graphic Design Responsibilities:Create print-ready designs for memorial productsCollaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and maintain qualityBring creativity and innovation to every projectCustomer Service Responsibilities:Communicate with clients by phone and emailProcess and manage orders with accuracy and careResolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detailWork closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveryWhat We're Looking ForDesign Qualifications:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & InDesign required)Degree or certificate in Graphic Design (or related field) from an accredited institutionA strong portfolio demonstrating design skills (required)Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate in a team settingCustomer Service Skills:Strong written and verbal communication skillsA calm, professional, and compassionate demeanorAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious customer service experience is a plusJob DetailsJob Type: Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday)Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour + bonus pay opportunitiesSchedule Options: 8-hour shift, 10-hour shift, overtime availableLocation: Montgomeryville, PA (on-site presence required)Benefits401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time offEducation:Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 1 year of Adobe InDesign (preferred)
