This position supports onboarding, payroll transactions, reporting, and compliance while serving as a key resource for employees and departments. Reporting to the Senior Payroll Coordinator or Payroll Manager, the Payroll Administrator helps maintain the integrity of payroll operations and contributes to ACE's culture of excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and import employee time data from HH2 into ADPSupport onboarding by entering employee information, pay rates, deductions, and benefits into ADP in coordination with HRProcess payroll transactions, including allowances, bonuses, advances, and deductionsReconcile healthcare, garnishments, and other benefit-related paymentsPrepare weekly payroll reports, certified payroll, and prevailing wage compliance documentationBalance payroll summaries and assist with reconciliation of accounting recordsTroubleshoot and resolve payroll issues in ADP and SAGE systems, providing timely support to employeesQualificationsExperience with payroll processing (ADP, HH2, and SAGE preferred)Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial dataKnowledge of payroll regulations, deductions, garnishments, and benefitsAbility to handle confidential information with integrityExcellent organizational and communication skillsWhy Join ACE?As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting ACE's workforce by ensuring accurate payroll operations and contributing to employee satisfaction.
