Their mission is to develop untapped potential in people and properties, improve the daily lives of all their stakeholders, and deliver above-market returns for their investors.Your Responsibilities as a Leader:Oversee the performance of a portfolio of up to 8 - 10 multifamily assetsProvide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations, which support improved efficiencies and performance.Ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations.Lead, coach, develop a strong team, and communicate with important stakeholders.Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals.Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed.Detailed knowledge of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations.The Skills & Experience You Possess:A minimum of 5+ years of experience managing and leading multisite teams (multifamily)Proven success in managing and improving operational efficiency.Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff.Ability to travelPerks and Benefits You'll Receive:Competitive salary and bonuses.
