Senior Payroll Manager- Growing Healthcare Firm

We're partnering on a confidential search for a Senior Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations within a growing healthcare organization. This is a pivotal role for someone with ADP expertise, advanced Excel skills, and a strong command of state and federal payroll regulations in the healthcare space.What You'll DoLead end-to-end payroll processing for clinicians, integrating timesheet data from EMR systems (CubHub/AMB) into ADP.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and labor laws.Analyze payroll data and provide reporting insights to leadership using Excel.Oversee CubHub-to-ADP system integration and streamline workflows.Collaborate across finance, HR, and clinical operations to ensure smooth processes.Serve as a payroll leader, guiding the team and supporting staff with payroll-related needs.What We're Looking For7 -10 years of payroll experience, with 3+ years in leadership.Proven hands-on experience with ADP payroll processing.Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and labor laws.Excel proficiency for reporting and data analysis.Familiarity with healthcare timekeeping systems (CubHub preferred).A detail-oriented leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact leadership role with a company that is expanding into new markets and values precision, compliance, and collaboration.Please note this is a remote position with an occasionally onsite requirement at our new satellite office in Aurora, CO.Salary Range $75,000 - $85,000
