Civil Construction Supervisor (Electrical)

The HT Group is hiring an Civil ConstructionSupervisor for a high-profile, large-scale construction project supporting next-generation manufacturing. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a fast-moving, high-tech industrial build near Taylor, TX Onsite Position, ASAP Start (Relocation Offered, Salary + Bonus & Benefits).OverviewThe Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities of external facilities, including but not limited to:Underground utilities installationElectrical panels, conduit, cable, and lighting installation Heat tracing for outdoor pipingFire sprinkler and alarm system installation (FALSS) Installation of tempered water skid, safety showers, and piping Road pavement (asphalt, concrete, gravel, etc.), outdoor concrete pads and subgrade preparationInterior finishing works (gypsum walls, ceilings, painting, doors, etc.) and spill prevention facilities (such as sluice gates and water quality monitoring systemsRequired ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of on-site construction experience, with a focus on civil, electrical, or steel structure (CUB) workProven experience supervising structural steel activities including anchor bolt installation, steel erection, bolting, welding, painting/galvanizing, and related inspections.Strong understanding of module installation and lifting management.Experience working with and overseeing subcontractors.Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Experience in EPC and high-tech industrial projects (e.g., semiconductor plants).Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and experienced with AutoCAD, Navisworks, and 3D modeling software such as BIM and Tekla.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.Ability to interpret contracts, project specifications, codes, and technical drawings.
