Real Estate Attorney

The Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS (NVAR) is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-driven Real Estate Attorney to serve as in-house legal expert on real estate law. This role provides legal guidance and strategic counsel to the CEO and Board of Directors to advance the Association's legal interests and ensure compliance with applicable laws, corporate governance standards, and organizational policies. The position also promotes ethical practices and professionalism among members through education and training on the REALTOR Code of Ethics and supporting dispute resolution services.
