Our client, a Global Sports Advertising Marketing Firm known for its innovative, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture, is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst for a newly created role. This position offers the opportunity to manage full-cycle payroll across multiple jurisdictions while serving as a critical bridge between Payroll, Accounting, and Tax.Responsibilities:Process payroll for U.S., Canada, and Mexico (multi-state experience required)Handle new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and deductionsAdminister garnishments and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulationsReconcile payroll accounts, journal entries, and resolve discrepanciesGenerate payroll and tax reports; support audits and reconciliationsMaintain and improve payroll systems (ADP, Workday preferred)Serve as a point of contact for escalated employee payroll issuesPartner on payroll-related projects and process improvementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field3-5+ years of full-cycle payroll experienceStrong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxMulti-jurisdiction experience (U.S. required; Canada/Mexico a plus)Proficiency with ADP, Workday and ExcelStrong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills
