Financial Analyst

As an important part of the RCG Finance department, this team member will create corporate reporting, analyses, and presentations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in advanced Excel modeling and will have proficiency with Argus Enterprise. This role will collaborate with multiple departments across the organization to gather data, develop insights, and communicate findings.Job responsibilities will include: Creating and maintaining Argus Enterprise modelsProducing lender reporting packages and performing debt coverage analysisCoordinating lender approvalsMeasuring portfolio metrics such as same store NOI, lease and loan maturities and other key performance indicatorsMaintaining internal databases and using Power BI to create dashboards and reportsAssisting with the creation of property budgets and forecastsCoordinating investor requests and updating investor informationAssisting with presentations and reportingPerforming ad hoc scenario analysis as neededThe ideal candidate will possess:Strong time management and organizational skillsA team-focused mentalityThe ability to balance a high level of accuracy with efficiencyHigh attention to detailPersistence in digging into data to solve problemsThe ability to effectively communicate with peers, senior management and lendersUnderstanding of financial and accounting reporting conceptsExperience in commercial real estateComfort working independently, with various internal departments, and with external constituentsThe ability to meet deadlines and at times work under tight timeframesBachelor's or advanced degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate, or economics and a history of scholastic success or equivalent work experience
