FireproofingWe regularly partner with top general contractors on multifamily and commercial projects throughout all of Florida.What You'll Be Doing:Reviewing project drawings and specificationsPerforming accurate takeoffs using PlanSwiftPreparing detailed and competitive bidsCoordinating with GCs and internal project teamsSupporting the preconstruction process with accurate cost estimatesWhat We're Looking For: ? Experience using PlanSwift (preferred, but not required) ? Previous experience in construction estimating is a plus ? Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn ?
