Bid Coordinator

Together, they offer a complete suite of waterproofing, masonry construction, and restoration services throughout the Northeast.TWC Phoenix is looking to hire an entry level Bid Coordinator based out of our Ashland, MA office. The Bid Coordinator's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:Key Responsibilities:Oversee bid-related communications, invitations, and scheduling; maintain organized project files and a clear, up-to-date bid calendar.Coordinate walkthroughs, review bid requirements, prepare documents (using Bluebeam), obtain bid bonds, and manage submissions (online or in person). Track and share results with the team.Monitor public bid registrars, secure documents, and identify projects by scope (roofing, masonry, waterproofing), coordinating with internal teams and external partners.Collaborate with the Boston office to align on bid invitations, calendars, and pipeline updates.Create and update projects in Followup CRM; transition awarded work into Procore, ensuring accurate setup, folders, and team notifications.Manage job start documentation, apply templates, and input accurate contract details for seamless handoffs.Handle incoming calls, participate in weekly meetings, provide updates, and support project managers with fire detail requests and waivers.Assist colleagues with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations and team success.Required Skills/Abilities:Bachelor degree preferredConstruction background preferredEffective time management SkillsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-taskDemonstrate a good work ethic based on principles of honesty and integrityExperience with Microsoft OfficeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offRetirement planVision insurance
