Commercial Estimator

We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of 3 years estimating experience in commercial painting and/or wallcovering who can accurately prepare bids, manage deadlines, and contribute to our continued success.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documentsPrepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial painting and wallcovering projectsPerform material take-offs and calculate labor, material, and equipment costsCollaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure competitive and profitable bidsDevelop and maintain relationships with general contractors, vendors, and suppliersAttend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and project walk-throughs as requiredTrack bid results and assist with project turnover to operations teamQualificationsMinimum 3 years of commercial painting and/or wallcovering estimating experience (required)Strong knowledge of industry practices, materials, and installation methodsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specificationsExperience with estimating software such as Planswift, OST, etc and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skillsStrong communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhy Join Gianarelli, Inc.?Competitive salary (commensurate with experience)Performance-based incentivesHealth, retirement, and vacation benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth within a respected, family-owned companyCollaborative and supportive work environment with an emphasis on a great culture!
