Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Solaris serves multiple U.S. end markets, including energy, data centers, and other commercial and industrial sectors.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the hiring and onboarding process across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient coordination between the HR team, candidates, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator and capable of managing multiple moving parts within a fast-paced environment.Essential FunctionsAct as a key point of coordination between the HR team, candidates, and the Operations Support team to ensure timely communication, efficient onboarding, and alignment with orientation schedules.Draft and post job descriptions aligned with company standards and hiring needs.Track open positions, maintain candidate pipelines, and monitor hiring progress to provide visibility and support data-driven recruitment decisions.Support sourcing efforts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.Manage pre-employment workflows, including drug testing, physicals, background checks, and MVRs, ensuring all clearances are obtained before start dates.Deliver a professional and seamless candidate experience through timely communication, organized coordination, and a well-managed onboarding process.Liaise with internal departments to ensure all systems, equipment, and logistics are prepared for new hires.Maintain accurate records and organize new hire documentation in compliance with company policies.Maintain and generate trackers related to candidate pipelines, onboarding progress, and hiring metrics to support HR planning and continuous improvement.Promote workflow efficiency and consistency across recruiting and onboarding activities.Support general HR initiatives, projects, and administrative tasks as assigned by management.Key Skills and QualificationsExceptional communicator – direct and transparent, skilled problem-solver with proven success in building coalitions and avoiding conflictsTotal ownership mentality – proactively identifies and removes obstacles across numerous ongoing tasksIndependent thinker – provides original thoughts and constantly asking "how can we do this better"Innovative thinker – willingness to consider novel solutions and ability to adapt to changeDesirable teammate – impeccable character, humility, and collaborativeRelentless – aspires to contribute and achieve his/her full potentialExperience/Education1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a related administrative role.Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus.Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Our CREATORS CultureAt Solaris, we believe that staying true to our core beliefs improves our decision-making, productivity and is key to our individual and collective achievements.
