The Vescent team takes pride in its work, is energetic and agile, and enjoys celebrating team successes.Position SummaryVescent seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our Manufacturing team. The right candidate will have strong organizational skills and will need to maintain accurate inventory records, prepare shipments, and ensure materials are stored and labeled accurately. They will be responsible for supporting various warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, kitting, and light manufacturing tasks. This candidate will be highly self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, enjoy learning new skills, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and process incoming purchase orders and deliveriesOrganize and store inventory in designated cabinets and storage areasPrepare and package outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and protection of goodsPerform laser marking of enclosure panelsAssemble and prepare shipping kitsGenerate shipping labels for outgoing domestic shipmentsKit work orders via pick listsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or shipping/receiving environmentBasic computer skills (Microsoft Suite, email, Strong attention to detailAbility to lift 40 lbs.Commitment to workplace safety practicesGood communication skills to work with team members and supervisorsOrganizational skills to maintain a clean, orderly, safe working environmentDesirable Additional SkillsFamiliarity with ERP systems, shipping software, and label printersForklift certification or willingness to be trainedExperience with lean manufacturing or 5S practicesMechanical aptitude/ handiness (light facilities maintenance)Familiarity with basic electronics and ESD safety best practicesBenefitsFlexible schedule options to support work-life balance4 Weeks of PTO annually7 Company paid holidays401(K) Plan with employer contributionHealth & Dental Insurance with plan options including employer-paid premium coverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) with employer matching available with eligible plansIncentive Stock OptionLong-Term Disability InsuranceHow To ApplyPlease send your resume with a cover letter to hr@.
