We enjoy practicing law together and it shows in the way we collaborate and serve our clients.Position Overview:We are seeking an employment litigation associate with 3 or more years of experience representing employers in single-plaintiff and class/collective action matters. You will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on a variety of complex cases, gain direct client contact, and have the opportunity to develop trial and motion practice skills in a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Defend employers in single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment actions, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour mattersHandle discovery, depositions, and motion practiceRepresent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials as opportunities ariseCounsel clients on employment law compliance and litigation prevention strategiesCollaborate with partners and mentor junior attorneys and staffRequired Qualifications:J.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive California Bar membership in good standing3+ years of experience in employment litigation (slightly less considered with strong experience)Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skillsExperience with California wage-and-hour law, PAGA actions, or class actions is a plusAbility to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Competitive salary of 180,000 to 230,000 dollars DOE, plus performance-based bonusesLower billable requirement than many firms, with above-market bonus rates for hours above target100 percent employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage for attorneys and families401(k) safe harbor contribution and profit-sharing planUnlimited PTO with 11 paid firm holidaysWellness benefit reimbursement and paid commuter or parking stipendPaid bar dues, CLE sponsorship, and mentorship with regular partner feedback, second-chair opportunities, and skill-building trainingHybrid work environment with convenient access to LA-area courts and mediationsA clear path for advancement with structured feedback and early opportunities to take lead roles in cases
