Senior Property Manager

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, private held, commercial real estate investment and management firm based out of the Midwest with a portfolio of 11M+ SQFT throughout the United States.They are actively looking for a Senior Property Manager to join them as a key member of their growing team. This role will be responsible for leading property management efforts in the Indianapolis region. This position is work from home, with the option of having a local co-working space. Must reside in Indianapolis, INKey Details:Responsible for day-to-day management of a ~2 million SQFT portfolioReports into the Director of Property Management who is based in ColumbusCandidate will be the main point of contact for the entire portfolioIdeal Candidate:7+ years' experience in commercial property management experience (industrial-construction management a plus)Bachelor's degreeStrong attention to detailAdvancement knowledge with YardiExcellent communications skills and good negotiatorOur Client is offering a very competitive, and attractive, compensation package for the hired candidate.
