Accounts Receivable ManagerWe are looking for a driven Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our AR team and ensure timely, accurate billing and collections. This role requires a proactive leader with strong analytical skills and a focus on cash flow optimization.Responsibilities:Oversee daily AR operations, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliationsImplement strategies to reduce DSO (days sales outstanding) and improve cash flowManage customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies professionallyDevelop AR reporting and present performance updates to senior managementPartner with Sales and Customer Service to improve billing accuracy and customer satisfactionLead, coach, and develop AR team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of AR experience with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or management roleStrong knowledge of billing, collections, and credit managementProven track record of reducing delinquent accounts and improving collectionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsProficiency in ERP/AR systems and advanced Excel skills
