This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-financed, private equity-backed company that is growing through acquisition and organic growth.They are hiring a Financial Analyst / Data Analyst to work closely with the Director of Finance and the CFO.This role will help create and improve operational and financial reporting and financial analysis/forecasting. The successful candidate will have a mix of financial analyst skills and an interest in learning. Job Duties:Develop and prepare management reports that "tell the story" of the financial and operational data.Perform traditional financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting/modeling, and budgeting.Assist with preparing KPI reports utilizing operational data and how it affects the financial statementsLearn to design and maintain financial modelsJob RequirementsAccounting or Finance degreeAdvanced Excel1 or more years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgetingGood communication skills, comfortable working with managers in different departments18228
