Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Norcross)

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in Norcross in their search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This individual is the main point of contact in charge of updating and maintaining customer information, managing inbound and outbound calls, greeting guests and vendors, and managing soft collections. Only candidates who live in the Atlanta metropolitan area will be considered since in-office work is required.RequirementsMust be Bilingual in Spanish & English.Must have 3+ years of customer service experience in an office setting.Must possess excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.Must be able to work onsite on weekdays and weekends.Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
