The ideal candidate will have a strong background in large-scale commercial or multifamily projects, with demonstrated expertise in Revit and architectural design for high-end developments. This role will be instrumental in bringing to life Galerie's luxury vision for senior living communities, ensuring that every asset reflects excellence in design, functionality, and resident experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support architectural design for new luxury senior living developments, from concept through construction.Develop and manage drawings, plans, and models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals.Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.Apply best practices in large-scale commercial and residential design, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.Contribute to design reviews and provide innovative solutions that enhance the resident experience.Balance functionality, aesthetics, and cost-efficiency while upholding the brand's luxury standards.Partner with development and operations teams to align architectural design with business objectives and resident needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Licensed Architect preferred.5+ years of experience in architectural design for historical, commercial, or residential projects.Proficiency in Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus.Strong portfolio demonstrating work on high-end or complex projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Based in Atlanta, GA, with the ability to work in a hybrid model (in-office + remote).Why Join Galerie Development?Be part of a visionary team redefining senior living through luxury, hospitality, and design.Work on impactful large-scale projects that shape communities.Hybrid work model with flexibility and collaboration.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Certified Great Place to Work Employer 3 years in a row.
