You can find ESW Beauty at leading national retailers including Whole Foods Market, Target, Walgreens, Sprouts, and more.Location: NYC/NJ (remote-first, occasional in-office required)About the Role:We're looking for a proactive, organized Global Purchase and Sourcing Coordinator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and ordering packaging, fixtures, merchandise, and accessories from vendors around the world (specifically Asia) "”ensuring we deliver high-quality, on-brand materials on time and within budget.This is a great opportunity to work in-house with a fast-growing clean beauty brand and gain hands-on experience managing international supplier relationships and purchasing workflows. You will work closely with our CEO & COO, and collaborate cross-functionally with our product development, design, sales and marketing teams.Working hours are 2:00PM-5:00 PM and 8:00PM 1:00 AM ET to accommodate overseas vendor communication, with WeChat as a primary tool.Key Responsibilities:Source and vet new vendors for product packaging, fixtures & displays, accessories, and promotional merchandiseCommunicate with overseas suppliers via WeChat and email to track orders, request samples, and resolve issuesNegotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to secure the best valueReview quotes and samples to ensure quality and brand alignmentPlace purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement recordsCollaborate closely with operations and product development teams to understand project timelines and requirementsMonitor and update order timelines, lead times, and shipping detailsHelp identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsManage relationships with existing vendors to ensure consistent quality and serviceMandatory evening hours to align with overseas vendorsQualifications:1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field (experience in beauty or CPG is a plus)Must be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin Chinese to effectively communicate with international vendorsStrong negotiation and communication skillsHighly organized with excellent attention to detailFamiliarity with communication platforms such as WeChatAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyJob InformationFull-Time Role Compensation: $60K + bonusLocation: Hybrid "” must be based in the NJ/NYC area and able to commute to our New Jersey office (when requested)Hours: 2:00PM-5:00 PM and 8:00PM 1:00 AM ETBenefitsCompetitive medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits401(k) with 4% equivalent employer match80 hours of PTOVolunteer Time OffEmployee Discount
