This lab-based role offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of antibody engineering, immunology and immune-oncology contributing to groundbreaking drug discovery.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and Execute Immunological AssaysDevelop and optimize advanced in vitro and ex vivo assays to evaluate antibody mechanisms, immune modulation, and effector cell engagement.Data Analysis and InterpretationAnalyze complex datasets using tools like GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, etc., and present findings to cross-functional teams.Innovate and HypothesizePropose novel immunological targets and mechanisms to expand Valora's R&D therapeutic development.Support Regulatory MilestonesContribute to IND-enabling studies and filings.CollaborateWork closely with interdisciplinary teams to drive project success.ABOUT YOUEducation and ExperiencePhD in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 3+ years of relevant post-doctoral experience, or MS with 6+ years of experience in a biopharmaceutical setting.· A proven track record of scientific productivity, including publications, patents, and presentations at scientific conferences in the areas of immunology and/or immuno-oncology.Technical SkillsImmunology: Advanced understanding of cellular and molecular immunology and Immuno-oncology, with expertise in methods to enhance innate and adaptive immunity in Immuno-oncology and reduce immune activity for autoimmunity.
