The Residential Project Manager will oversee daily operations of residential construction projects including coordinating and expediting project schedules, conducting inspections, and managing logistics. The role entails close collaboration with architects, interior designers, trade partners, and clients to ensure the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Additional duties include managing budgets, timelines, and compliance with safety and building regulations.QualificationsStrong Project Management skills including planning, scheduling, and budget managementExperience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely completion of project milestonesProficiency in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and building codesLogistics Management skills to coordinate resources, deliveries, and site operationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholdersDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferredExperience with Luxury Custom Homes and residential RemodelsGreat client relations, passion and leadershipStrong core values - integrity, empathy, determination, humility, discipline, buy-in, and no drama!
