Document Controls Specialist

The PROCEDEO Group is seeking an Administrative Professional to serve as a Document Controls Specialist to serve our client in Desoto, Texas (southside of Dallas). This new Specialist will lead the management and oversight of OPEX for the construction and design teams, ensuring all tasks, projects, and financial data are consistently updated and in alignment with company objectives.Responsibilities will include documenting meeting minutes for all team meetings and client meetings, maintaining and organizing all project files, assisting with pay applications, overseeing open records requests, routing invoices, and communicating with all team members within both PROCEDEO and our building partners.Candidate Qualifications:Minimum of two years of experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinatorMust possess the highest level of integrity and a positive attitudeTechnology: Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Procore, Bluebeam and/or Docusign is a plus!Works independently and as part of a departmental team in executing a variety of projectsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAttention to detailProactive problem solverStrong communications skills, both written and verbalMust work well in a team environment and be committed to client serviceA valid Driver's LicenseThis is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and the employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.
