We are a fast-growing, warm cultured, integrated medical clinic that utilizes numerous modalities. Our medical staff is comprised of Anesthesiologists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedists, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Certified Massage Therapists. We currently have four state of the art facilities located in Redondo Beach, Torrance, Seal Beach and El Segundo, CA where we provide our patients cutting-edge care.Goodlife Physical Medicine is looking for a Licensed Physical Therapist to work in our El Segundo, Redondo Beach and/or Seal Beach locations.ResponsibilitiesTeach patients how to properly use therapeutic exercise techniquesDiagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment planEvaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, while setting goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainablePerform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations according to Goodlife standards of practice as well as state standardsMaintain patient records and keep track of goals and progressDocument patient care services by charting in our EMREducate patients and their families about the recovery process along with possible challenges.Instruct patients in proper in-home exercises and therapiesQualificationsDegree from an accredited University in Physical TherapyCertification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practicePay: $55.00 - $75.00 per hourMedical Specialty:OrthopedicsPhysical & Rehabilitation MedicineSports MedicineSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed
