But we're only at the beginning"”this is a chance to shape brands that will define the next decade.About the JobWe're seeking an Operations Manager who will oversee three facilities: our Las Vegas warehouse, and two sites in Mexico. This role is critical in ensuring production runs smoothly, inventory is accurate, and shipments get to our customers on time.What You'll DoPlan ? Align and manage production and inventory plans with demand forecasts; track forecast accuracy & capacity utilization.Source ? Oversee inbound receipts and vendor compliance; maintain supplier OTIF >95%. Make ? Manage the Mexico assembly facility: production scheduling, labor efficiency, and first-pass quality >99%.Deliver ? Ensure timely fulfillment from our Las Vegas and Mexico warehouses; achieve 99% on-time shipment SLA.Return ? Partner with CX on return flows, ensuring Success MetricsInventory accuracy >98%Production throughput (units/labor hour)First-pass quality yield >99%On-time shipping >99%Cross-border compliance: zero customs holdsOrder accuracy >99.5%Return SLA What We're Looking For5+ years in operations, warehouse, or production management.Experience running multi-site operations (US + Mexico strongly preferred).Hands-on leader comfortable being present at the facilities.Strong knowledge of inventory control, production scheduling, process improvement, and logisticsLanguages: English required; Spanish strongly preferred.Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (ShipHero, etc.)Travel: ~50%
