The Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, handling legal issues, preparing legal documents, and conducting contract negotiations. Daily tasks include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring corporate compliance with applicable regulations, and providing legal support to various departments within the company.QualificationsExpertise in Law and Legal IssuesStrong skills in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document PreparationExperience in offering Legal Advice on various mattersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the state of FloridaExcellent knowledge of South Florida Legal space and the connectionsExperience in litigation is a big plusExperience in the retail industry is a plus
