This role involves managing individual projects up to $5 million and handling multiple concurrent jobs with a combined value of up to $10 million.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Developing project schedules and managing timelinesCoordinating subcontractors, materials, and manpowerLeading project meetings and communicating with stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with local codes and safety standardsOverseeing documentation, RFIs, and submittals using tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and MS ProjectThis is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, structured environment and wants to grow with a company that values leadership and long-term stability.We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and municipal buildings.Ideal candidates will:Have 5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical contracting space.Be comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously, with combined values of up to $10 million.Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.Be proficient with project management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.Communicate clearly with both field and office teams, as well as clients and consultants.Have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.Package: Salary: Up to $130,000Vehicle Allowance: $500/month401(k): 100% match up to 4%Medical Insurance: Fully covered for employeeHolidays: 8 paid holidays
