You'll lead from the front, oversee multi-million dollar projects, and mentor a top-tier project team in one of California's most respected electrical contracting firms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of electrical and low-voltage construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage project budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and documentationOversee financial performance including forecasts, cash flow, and profitabilityCoordinate with superintendents, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality project deliveryImplement and enforce safety, quality control, and compliance programsMentor and develop project management team members, fostering a high-performance cultureSupport business development efforts and maintain strong client relationshipsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Qualifications15+ years of progressive project management experience in electrical constructionExperience managing union electrical projects over $60M, including OSHPD, Design-Build, and Lean/IFOA deliveryStrong understanding of cost accounting, scheduling, contracts, and construction means & methodsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staffExperience with Accubid (Classic or Enterprise), MS Project, Word, ExcelBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferredPE license or certifications a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive salary: $160,000 - $200,000, depending on experienceFull benefits package:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription 401(k) with company matchPaid holidays and educational assistanceOpportunities for career growth within a leading electrical contractorA strong, safety-focused, and team-driven company cultureReady to lead the future of electrical construction?Apply Now!
