Client a workplace where your talents thrive, and your contributions make a lasting difference.RESPONSIBILITIES:Foundational experience as a project engineer producing final design products and study analyses and deliverablesLead and grow a team of water resource professionals and support staffManaging project delivery and meeting client needs and expectationsPerforming water resources assessmentsAnalyzing and interpreting water and environmental resources dataDeveloping and reviewing models (e.g., hydrologic, hydraulic, hydrodynamic, physical habitat, etc.)Preparing and presenting proposals and marketing plansPresenting and actively participating in relevant professional organizationsQUALIFICATIONS:BS degree in Civil EngineeringPE license in California, or ability to obtain license within 1 year6+ years of experience in the civil engineering fieldAn outgoing, entrepreneurial spirit is encouraged within a self-motivated office cultureWastewater collection design and master planning (desired)Stormwater system design and master planning (desired)Flood control, dam/reservoir, irrigation facility studies and designs (desired)BENEFITS:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedicalDentalVisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + HolidaysIND123
