Construction Manager

Job Title: Construction ManagerLocation: Indiana- will provide relocation assistance Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in wastewater treatment plants, sewer systems, pump stations, and related civil and mechanical works. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate teams, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within scope.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing construction projects, with at least 1 year focused on wastewater or water infrastructure.Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, mechanical and civil systems, and municipal construction standards.Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and permits.Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of safety practices and local environmental regulations.
