Job Title: Photo EditorLocation: Los Angeles, CAEmployment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewJoin Citizens of Humanity Group as a Photo Editor in Los Angeles, CA. You will play a key role in editing and retouching brand imagery to ensure visual consistency and quality across editorial and e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Team to deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in fashion photography retouching and delivering polished visuals.Responsibilities:Edit and color correct on-model and still life photography to maintain consistency across web, social and print platforms.Perform quality assurance on images, ensuring accurate file naming, pixel dimensions, margins, cropping and adherence to brand standards.Match garment colors in photos to physical samples for accuracy.Report to the Content Manager and collaborate with the Creative Team to streamline retouching workflows and organize digital assets for future use.Adhere to corporate image guidelines for customer-facing website imagery.Meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and provide regular updates on progress.Incorporate feedback from creative leads to align final imagery with brand's aestheticQualifications2+ years of experience in image retouching, preferably in fashion, retail or ecommerce.Proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One and DropboxStrong understanding of color management and non-destructive editing techniquesExcellent multitasking, organizational and time management skillsAbility to adapt to feedback and evolving project needsKeen eye for detailMust be able to work on-site full-time in Los Angeles, CA with occasional work-from-home flexibility (with manager approval)
