Seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of landmark high-rise projects exceeding 50 stories. This role requires proven experience managing large-scale vertical construction from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of high-rise project execution, from planning and preconstruction to final turnover.Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts for complex, high-value builds.Coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure seamless execution.Enforce safety and quality standards on site while driving schedule adherence.Anticipate and resolve issues proactively to mitigate risks and maintain project momentum.Mentor and lead project teams, fostering professional growth and accountability.Qualifications10+ years of project management experience in large-scale commercial or residential high-rise construction.Proven track record delivering 50+ story towers or comparable mega projects.Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets over $100M.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
