We stand out from the crowd and operate with the utmost integrity.To learn more about our company, visit You Will Contribute to our TeamResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain positive business relationships with assigned suppliers while issuing purchase orders, researching order status, and resolving mis-shipments.Collaborate with Customer Care and Sales to provide accurate and current product information.Resolve purchase order discrepancies identified during the receiving process in partnership with Warehouse Operations.Execute inventory management processes including obsolete inventory management and supplier returns.Manage work assignments for seasonal team membersParticipate in all educational opportunities related to current and upcoming supplier product offerings.Manage employee purchase orders and invoicesSupport additional sourcing and/or operations activities.Preferred Qualifications1-2 years previousexperience in purchasing / supply chain settingBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Material ManagementIntermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on ExcelContinuous improvement experienceWhy You are Right for this Role at ThreadfellowsYou can adapt and independently prioritize to meet business needsYou are organizedand have a strong attentionto detailYou understand the importance of effective communicationYou have strong judgment and integrity in handling confidential mattersYou want to be a part of a collaborative teamYou want to feel your value to the organizationYou are excited to learn through the continuous improvements required of a young businessYou thrive on variationwithin your daysHourly Range: $17.00-$25.00 negotiable based upon experienceTo apply, please email your resume to careers@
