If you have a proven track record of driving operational excellence across multiple locations while building a culture of collaboration and accountability, this role is for you. What You'll DoAs VP of Operations, your primary responsibility will be ensuring exceptional, consistent store conditions across all locations. You will: Oversee day-to-day operations in multiple locations, with a laser focus on hospitality, cleanliness, safety, organization, and product presentationImplement and continuously improve operational standards for every aspect of the store "” from store layout to inventory management to staff training on store upkeep and safety. Ensure optimal store conditions at all times, driving operational excellence through constant attention to detail, systems, and quality control. Lead a team of Directors and Managers to ensure seamless store performance, while fostering a culture of accountability and pride in the work. Maintain a hands-on approach with store teams to quickly resolve operational issues and uphold Healthy Living's high standards of store presentation and guest experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchasing, Marketing, People & Experience, Finance) to integrate operational strategies into broader company goals. Who You AreAn operations leader with 7+ years of experience in grocery, with a proven track record of managing and elevating store conditions. A detail-oriented problem-solver, capable of maintaining a high level of operational excellence across multiple locations. A skilled manager who can motivate and train teams to uphold top-notch standards in store cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction. Passionate about creating environments where employees and customers feel welcome, valued, and confident in the quality of products and services. Experienced in using data and KPIs to monitor store conditions, inventory, and operational efficiency, and can make swift adjustments when needed. A communicator who leads by example and fosters a culture of pride in store environments, ensuring every team member understands the importance of maintaining excellence.
