Compile thorough take-off reports for internal and client use.Inspection & Quality AssurancePerform comprehensive inspections of roofing installations and repairs, identifying defects, compliance issues, and areas for improvement.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of inspections, including visual documentation and checklists. Deliver clear, professional reports for stakeholders.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all projects align with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Stay informed on evolving codes and best practices.Client CommunicationPresent inspection findings and recommendations clearly to clients. Address concerns and advise on necessary maintenance or corrective actions.Process ImprovementCollaborate with project managers and roofing teams to enhance quality control procedures and implement feedback-driven improvements.Safety OversightEnforce safety protocols on job sites. Identify and document potential hazards to maintain a secure working environment.Training & MentorshipSupport the development of inspection crews by training on quality standards and procedures.
