Remote - Healthcare Real Estate Attorney This leading provider of home healthcare solutions is looking to add an experienced Healthcare Real Estate Attorney to provide legal guidance and oversight for the company's real estate portfolio. Specializing in durable medical equipment, this organization aims to address the inefficiencies in the home healthcare market and improve patient outcomes through better access to essential medical supplies. Key Responsibilities: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations. Provide legal counsel to internal stakeholders on lease interpretation, compliance and obligations. Support M&A transactions by reviewing real estate components of target entities, including lease obligations and property rights. Advise business teams on real estate-related legal issues enforcement, landlord/tenant disputes, and property rights. Advise on Healthcare Compliance and Regulatory matters. Coordinate with external landlords, property managers, and brokers to resolve lease-related issues. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited academic institution Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial real estate law, preferably in a law firm or in-house legal department. Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry. Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and lease negotiation.
