Embark on a career that fulfills more than just professional goals"”it transforms lives every day.About This Role:Provider Credentialing & Re-CredentialingOversee the full lifecycle of employment credentialing and privileging for healthcare providers.Conduct primary source verification and maintain compliance with HRSA, AAAHC, NCQA, and FTCA standards.Prepare credentialing files and reports for committee review and coordinate related meetings.Documentation & ComplianceMaintain accurate and up-to-date provider files and digital databasesTrack licensure, certifications, and other expirables to ensure continuous eligibility.Support audits, site visits, and surveys by regulatory and accrediting bodies.Database & Systems ManagementManage provider data in credentialing software and internal systems.Generate reports and dashboards to support leadership visibility and compliance monitoring.Stakeholder Communication & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for provider credentialing questions.Partner with medical staff leadership, internal departments, and external agencies to support credentialing activities.Provide timely updates to the Chief Medical Officer and leadership on credentialing status and issues.Process ImprovementContribute to refining workflows, templates, and checklists to enhance efficiency and audit readiness.Promote best practices for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in credentialing processes.Why You'll Love Working Here: Impact: Every day, you'll make a significant impact on our patients' lives, leading efforts that go beyond healthcare to ensure community wellbeing.Growth: We support your professional development through continuous learning and opportunities to grow within Evara Health.Recognition: As part of our team, your hard work will be recognized and rewarded, contributing to your professional fulfillment and job satisfaction.Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
