MEP Field Coordinator - Mission-Critical Data Center ProjectsWe are seeking an experienced MEP Field Coordinator to join our team and oversee the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.What You'll DoAct as the primary on-site point of contact for MEP subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and specificationsConduct daily inspections to verify quality, code compliance, and adherence to design standardsReview MEP drawings, manage redlines, and ensure accurate as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycleResolve field conflicts between trades and proactively identify potential installation issuesSupport testing, commissioning, and final turnover, including punch list development and closeoutEnforce strict safety protocols and compliance with industry standards and regulationsParticipate in daily coordination meetings, providing progress updates to project leadershipWhat We're Looking For3-5 years of MEP field coordination or related construction experience (mission-critical/data center experience strongly preferred)Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in large-scale projectsStrong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specificationsProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, BIM 360, or BluebeamExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive mindsetWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with bonus eligibilityPer diem when traveling to project sitesComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matchPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity to work on cutting-edge, hyperscale data center projects that shape the future of digital infrastructure
