They believe employees are their most valuable asset and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive culture that inspires, motivates, and continuously improves.About The RoleThe MEP Project Manager will be responsible for profitably managing all administrative and field construction activities to quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. This individual may oversee multiple medium-sized projects, a single large project, or a defined scope on a large, complex build. The role requires extensive travel and a proven ability to lead teams, manage MEP scopes, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.ResponsibilitiesConstruct projects in accordance with plans, specifications, schedule, and quality standardsLead subcontractors and field staff to ensure safety, productivity, and collaborationManage project safety in alignment with company safety policies and standardsWork closely with Project Executives and Superintendents to oversee schedule, budget, and staffingDevelop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software; prepare two-week look-ahead schedulesAssist with subcontractor buyout and selection for MEP tradesReview and enforce contract terms, obligations, and scope requirementsEnsure project documents are accurate, complete, and compliant (submittals, RFIs, logs, closeout, etc.)Recommend strategies to reduce costs, improve schedules, mitigate risks, and enhance qualityMaintain consistent communication with owners, designers, engineers, and subcontractorsMentor and develop team members to build capability and strengthen project deliveryQualifications3+ years of extensive field and project management experience within Data Center constructionStrong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or building commissioningQuality control experienceProven ability to lead, mentor, and develop others in a construction environmentSkillsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to analyze MEP systems and assess cost, schedule, and constructability impactsStrong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detailNegotiation skills and strong business acumen for building client and trade relationshipsTechnologyProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Procore, JD Edwards (JDE), and Asta scheduling software preferredAbility to learn and adopt new technology platforms as needed
