With 15 years of sustained growth and experience, we continue to innovate and build the future of luxury that we envision.The Role:The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team, delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal departments and our external customers ensuring a streamlined, seamless, and professional experience. Managing and optimizing client communication, overseeing end-to-end order processing, and proactively coordinating with cross-functional teams , including operations, logistics, and finance, to address customer needs and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the sales and operations teams with administrative and customer-facing tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience and high client satisfaction.Support the sales team with client communications, including customer service inquiries, order follow-up, and product availability feedback. Facilitate order processing, reviewing order acknowledgements to ensure order accuracy.Work cross functionally to assist with timely deliveries, customer communication, data management, and resolution of customer issues.Track and manage orders daily, proactively addressing delays, fill rate variances or miscellaneous order issues, keeping both customers and internal teams informed.Assist in trouble shooting and resolving mis-shipments, damaged shipments, and other delivery or account related concerns.Monitor customer credit status, coordinating invoice resolution efforts with Accounts Receivable to minimize delays in unsettled payments. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests for information.Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer and colleague interactions.Participate in cross-functional projects and ad hoc tasks as needed.REQUIREMENTS2-4 years of relevant experience in distribution operationsExpert-level Excel skills: reporting, vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables, sum/if, etc.Effective time management and adherence to deadlinesOperational experience in a SKU-heavy and/or luxury company platform is a requirementMust be detail oriented with the ability to multi-taskMust be a team playerExcellent verbal and written skills a mustExcellent judgment related to decision making is required
