These are the clients we seek to work with, and these are the professionals we hire.COMPENSATIONAnnual salary of $150,000-$225,000 DOE, plus quarterly bonuses (3-10% of salary target, depending on performance).JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a full-time employee of Concuir, Inc, you will provide consulting services to pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device manufacturing clients. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise, project management skills, and industry knowledge to ensure predictable project success.Projects range from facility and equipment design to utility modifications, large-scale expansions, regulatory remediation, and process scale-ups. You will execute projects directly while also modeling leadership qualities that promote teamwork, professional development, and long-term client relationships.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform Capital and/or Expense project deliverables to time, cost, and scope.Drive successful project outcomes by understanding unique client needs and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.Lead day-to-day execution of complex projects while anticipating challenges and proactively resolving issues.Facilitate effective communication and accountability across diverse project teams.Contribute to process improvement, efficiency, and optimization initiatives.Participate in technology transfer, construction, and scale-up activities.Provide technical assessments for investigations, validation, and change control.Generate and revise engineering specifications and technical documentation.Support facility expansion, equipment upgrades, and process optimizations. Support troubleshooting and start-up of process equipment and utilities.Stay current on industry regulations, technologies, and trends, bringing insights to both clients and colleagues.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.Team Management: Hiring, developing, and mentoring consultants through identification of individual core competencies to support career development and success.Service Delivery: Directly execute one or more complex projects, ensuring successful results - always modeling core company values.Industry Knowledge and Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest developments in the life science industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging technologies.
