ERP Implementation Contractor (Medical Device - Temp-to-Hire) ?? Los Angeles, CA (Onsite) ?? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ?? Type: Temp-to-Hire ?? Pay Rate: $60/hour ?? Interview Process: VirtualA Class II medical device company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Contractor for a fast-paced, high-impact 6-week deployment, with potential for temp-to-hire. This is a great opportunity to lead a full-cycle ERP implementation in a regulated environment and contribute to critical operational infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end ERP implementation, from system configuration to go-live, within 6 weeksConfigure and deploy modules including:Item master, BOMs, routings, revision controlPurchasing and supplier management with ISO 13485 complianceInventory and lot/serial tracking; device history records (DHRs)Sales orders, fulfillment, and invoicingFinancials (GL, AP, AR, cost accounting)Migrate and validate legacy data across key business areasIntegrate ERP with QMS (e.g., CAPA, change control)Create dashboards and reports (OTIF, COGS, supplier performance)Train users and document SOPsEnsure all processes meet FDA QSR, ISO 13485, and EU MDR standardsExpected DeliverablesBy the end of the engagement, the ERP should:Be fully configured with validated master dataSupport workflows from procurement to fulfillmentGenerate compliance documentation (DHRs, UDI, traceability)Provide key financial and operational reportingBe accompanied by clear SOPs and training for usersQualificationsRequired:8+ years of ERP implementation experience3+ years in medical device, biotech, or other regulated industriesIn-depth knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11/820Proven success in ERP rollouts within 3 months or lessHands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft D365Strong background in system validation, data migration, QMS/PLM integrationExcellent documentation and communication skillsReady to commit to a focused 6-week projectPreferred:Experience at medtech startups or during scale-up phasesKnowledge of sterile supply chains or clinical kit fulfillmentCertifications (APICS, CSCP, or ERP vendor-specific)Desired Skills and ExperienceERP Implementation Contractor (Medical Device - Temp-to-Hire)??
