We specialize in customized lighting solutions for a wide range of clients - locally and nationwide through our growing e-commerce presence.We're currently seeking a hands-on, experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Baltimore distribution center. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include:Leading, training, and supervising warehouse team membersManaging order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and timely deliveryOverseeing receiving and inspection of inbound shipmentsMonitoring inventory levels and conducting regular cycle countsCreating and managing purchase orders and vendor returnsEnsuring warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policiesCollaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet fulfillment needsIdentifying process improvements and driving operational efficiencyWe're looking for a supervisor who is:Experienced in warehouse operations or logisticsA strong leader with the ability to motivate and guide a teamDetail-oriented and focused on quality controlComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); inventory systems experience a plusPhysically able to meet the demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)Safety-conscious with a proactive mindsetA clear and professional communicatorHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAs part of our team, you'll enjoy: Health & vision insurance Paid holidays, and personal days Company-sponsored retirement/profit-sharing plan
