Must have skills:Bachelor's degreeWork experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or LogisticsAdaptable to the ever-changing business needsSkilled at managing high stress situations and able to de-escalateA baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platformPay: $33-34/hour W2Location: Summit NJ Responsibilities:Will be responsible for scheduling and monitoring patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of clinical and commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy productsMaintain the day-to-day operations of patients' treatment journey related to their materials, related to transportation, manufacturing, and distributionAssist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partnersEnsure business continuity between internal and external partnersMonitor the Patient's treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issuesMonitor and triage requests and issues within the case management systemComply with and maintain training and good documentation practicesAbility to identify process improvements
