Architect/Project Designer - Civic

We have an immediate opening for an experienced Architect or Project Designer to join our Civic Studio. In this studio, we fundamentally believe in the Ask, Listen, Create mantra, which we use every day to deliver successful projects. This role provides diversity and variety in your day-to-day, so our ideal candidate can work independently and flexibly with a well-established team. We are looking for high energy and positive person with an eye for detail and a collaborative spirit. Interested?What you'll be doing:Assist with the development of conceptual, schematic, and presentation materials for civic project typesParticipate in interviews, proposals and presentationsCommunicate with clients and consultants throughout all phases of the projectMaintain quality control by utilizing established company tools and standardsAssist with processing and reviewing RFI's, shop drawings, submittals, and samples expeditiouslyTake direction from the project manager and assist with construction documents and Revit model creationsWork on multiple projects of varying sizes, providing project management and internal team guidance through every phase of designWhat you need:Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program6+ years of professional architecture experienceProficiency in Revit; Knowledge and aptitude in other design software platforms preferred, including but not limited to: SketchUp, Enscape, Bluebeam, Rhino, Grasshopper, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365On the path to professional architectural licensureAn appreciation of our Ask.
