Job description:We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee projects within data center environments in the Dallas, TX area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage the day-to-day field operations of complex construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise projects valued at $3M-$5M+Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site staff to ensure smooth project executionEnforce safety standards and maintain compliance with company and industry regulationsMonitor project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing potential delays or issuesReview plans and specifications, ensuring work aligns with project scope and quality requirementsServe as the primary point of contact for field-related communication with project managers and stakeholdersQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial interior buildout projectsStrong background in electrical or data center construction preferredAbility to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on complex projectsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of project delivery
