Superintendent | Albany, NY (eventual relo to Boston, MA) | $90K-$120KThe Company: Our client are a Construction Management & General Contracting firm that have been in the Boston market for over 25 years, putting their success to their relationships and collaboration with Clients, Design Professionals/ Architects and Subcontractors. The Projects:Their portfolio consists of commercial, residential and healthcare projects throughout northeastern states, from New York to Massachusetts to Vermont, with 90% of the work coming from repeat clients. The Role: We are looking for a Superintendent in Albany, New York or within commuting distance that has previous experience working on commercial projects. You will initially be on a $3M tenant fit out (approx 15,000 sf.) for a repeat client. On completion of this project, you would be relocating to Boston to work on their projects locally.
